For one reason or another we only standarized the board file size (i.e., made it equivalent to the dimensions of the book pages) when we started the second phase, so the sizes of these images are all a bit different. Yes, it was annoying to adapt them to the book dimensions. No, it apparently did not stop us from seeing it through to the end.
